Julia Whelan brings this alive.

This is the first Emily Henry book that I actually really enjoyed. It was narrated by Julia Whelan and she really nails it. Her narration is amazing. The story was good, with both the main characters with things from their past that put a bit of a spanner in the works, preventing a straight forward romance. I will only try another Emily Henry book if Julia Whelan narrates it!

I found myself shouting out loud at Daphne . What a fun book. Rollercoaster of emotions. Was not quite sure how it would end. A lovely read. Thank you.

It accompanied me on my commutes to work and I got lost in it. The narrating was excellent!

didnt want to put it down

Loved this story, the characters really came too life, The emotional journeys felt real and their experiences vivid. Made me think about my own life experiences and relationships in a new way.

Hmm...ok i guess

I dont know, although there are parts of it that makes one feel bad for Daphne, the overall
plot is a little generic for my liking? Nothing stands out. It's like the issue could've been done in a couple of days, not necessarily for as long as it took. If only people say what they mean in the first place.
