Exciting space and ground battles!

I really enjoyed this series. Controlling gravity makes the Invaders of Earth invincible. The North Korean government sides with the Invaders and subdues the population at the behest of our new masters. Greg Tremblay gives a great performance with appropriate inflection, and It's easy to distinguish between characters as he acts each part.
Bobby Adair created very thoughtful characters who have a lot of emotion. Sometimes there are conversations that are a little long, but thought provoking, and also build the background of the main characters.
The boxed set brings the story to a conclusion with plenty of room for future sequels.

good from start to finish

this series started out super dark but got more intriguing as it went. it was well thought out and a lot of fun as a military sci fi space opera. I highly recommend it to those looking for adventure and relatively real-world science- based sci fi (as far as gravity goes and what we know. it's sci-fi after all). very solid work.

Hated that it had to end!!!

fast paced adventure, with a dense hero. Which made some of the military interaction ring true.

Good not Great

Good interesting read with imperfect main characters doing the best they can to save humanity. The value of the box set makes this a amazing deal I highly recommend it as a box set if you are into sifi space combat type books.

Worth a Read!

Narration is top notch. Really good work.
The story isn’t bad either. It’s entertaining and certainly fast paced.
Things became a bit repetitive after a bit, but the books moved along.
A lot of characters developed some pretty serious plot armor, and that diluted a lot of the suspense for me. Overall a good story made all the better by the high quality narration.

If you’re a fan of the Red Rising or Expeditionary Force series’, this is a good listen.

I like this story, but a lot of swearing in it. :( I do hope for more books showing a few years in the future and any other wars.

i loved this story so much! so much adventure and feelings connected to these characters!!

good story. the narrator is amazing. only thing I didn't like is every book just ends. each ending doesnt have that feel like you know its ending and your hoping for as much closure and answers to questions you have devolped and hoping it answers as many and obviously creates more for the next book; but it doesnt. just ends.
