yes...This book is all you really need to prepare you for life as a real estate investor/flipper.The biggest thing I got out of this book was how anybody can be successful in investing in real estate. You do not have to be a big mutual fund, or corporation, to compete. You can be a family man and get the financial freedom you want

I have heard that flipping house is a great business, and I always wanted to get along with it, which made me buy this book. And I am totally satisfied with what I got, the author has introduced some proven steps and strategies to get success in this field. I think this is a must book for the beginners of flipping houses.

As someone who is trying to get into the fix and flip business this book was incredible. If you are really wanting to get good information..This is a walk through of how flipping houses work. These guys left no stone unturned. A must read for anyone starting out in house-flipping.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
