The year is 2026. Top Notch Scifi
Very good performance and a great story. I truly enjoyed the first book and this book took it all in a new direction while maintaining personalities of the characters. I am excited for the next in the series.

I thought the first book would've been excellent had there been a tab bit more action. well, this had even less action. A compelling story none the less, not enough umph. I'll certainly listen to the next one without hesitation, but just wish this one had more action.

This book is an absolute masterpiece. I cannot wait for the next part to come… just wow!
As an ex military soldier I appreciate the authors use of correct lingo. As a human who sees technology being developed at record pace without care or concern for its impact this book will make your head spin.
The author does an incredible job at bringing each scene to life and the beauty of our main character living with these ancient people for a time is so beautiful it’ll make you cry.
I can’t wait for our protagonist to get his due. I hope it’s slow, I hope his career is ripped from his hands and he is left in shame and misery…
I think this book and it’s predecessor should be required reading - especially for scientists.

The story, overall, was good, but maybe do some actual research before writing about firearms.
