Did nothing for me
I found this to be a rework of bland ideas, and also wondered (as a white middle class woman) if any of it made sense to women of other ethnicities and income status. Didn’t make it halfway through the first session.

Help you get centered with this awesome experience!!!
I feel as it I have been “floating” through life recently, became a doormat and have found myself in a nasty place between “no boundaries & ‘Who’ am I phase” - if there’s such a thing...
Low & behold, I found this little 7 day workshop one night, just pondering & looking through audible on how to make myself happy again...
If you are stuck or just need to add a pep to your step, give this a TRY!!!! I took notes and loved being able to refer back to them.
Do I like/dislike this audible? Answer: Love.

This is terrible.
The description says to put on earbuds, so I do, thinking it's gonna be a meditation or something. instead, I have to listen to a phone call of two girls reminiscing about the good old days in horrible tinny audio quality. Waste of time. Turned it off after a few minutes.
