It's needed
This book came to me in my time of need, that aside I'm mostly always conflicted of the thought of death in the sense that I don't believe people just die and disappear and this book as supported me with the evidence as to why this is true. This book has also help me to understand that the most powerful moment is this moment and once we learn to be present with our feelings, ourselves and our environment that's when we can Learn to appreciate life for what it is and enjoy our time on earth without much fear. I will definitely be reading this book again and again and again and using the knowledge to help with the betterment of my life and the betterment of others life. If anyone know of any similar books please recommend.

Just what I needed to hear
I was feeling blocked and it was due to a thing with my neighbors. They are very different energy and our energies are in conflict. Even though I didn’t really want to apologize, I did and it got the reaction I thought, no response. Anyhow, I don’t feel blocked anymore. I am set right again and will listen to this book again and again and again!! Thank you

very well put together

This is one I can listen to over and over again.

Very insightful and worth more than one listen
Such a good listen. This is definitely a book I will be able to relisten to as during much of this I used as a supplement to my breathing meditations. As a person with panic disorder I have found it very therapeutic

Overcoming Fear
Having recently gone through an amputation my life has been awash with fear. Thick Nhat Hanh put fear in a Buddhist context. He is a clear and convincing writer who shows a method to reduce the emotional pain fear produces.
