Another great story from Riano McFarland. Alex had decided that he wants to be famous. After inheriting his father's car, a 1968 Chevy Impala, he starts off looking for his fame but finds, oh, so much more. He finds out his father's story that his family was never told and he finds love, with a lot of speed in between. As the saying goes, "It's not over till it's over." This book does not disappoint in all of its twists and turns. Rodney Tompkins excels in his narration.

This book takes you on a trip of twists and turns, as Alexander not only finds his way to fame but also find what his family has sacrificed for him to get where he is.

Great Story, with Old Car Racing

This is a Wounderful story of one son who after staying with his parents to help, goes to find his own dream. The trip is basicly unplanned and it is like his deceased father is leading him on a trip of discovery. A lot of background on muscle Car racing too! Narrator does a Great job with the entire storyline of this book.

This story is an absolute gem—a delightful, heartfelt journey that pulls on every heartstring in the best way possible with good narration. It has just the right touch of miracles and wonder woven throughout, making it feel like a story for anyone craving a dose of hope. I loved hearing the plot unfold from start to finish, and every encounter was purposeful, adding to a satisfying wrap-up that left me grinning. If you’re in the mood for a story that inspires and uplifts, this is a wonderful one to dive into.

family truths

I very much enjoyed this if you like racing and any form this could easily shouldn't be a book that you will greatly enjoy.
the unfortunate thing I did say and it's so true with many families is they don't necessarily talk and share things that they really should with one another and that's sad but it's an unfortunate truth of life it seems.

I really loved this book!

There was so much to this book. So many different layers. Finding Oneself, Mystery, Intrigue, Mixed with some Fast Cars and a Hot Girl. What is not to like? The Narration was very good and I can't wait to start the next book by this Author.

A great story

Riano D.McFarland wrote an another amazing story. Rodney Tompkins did an amazing job on bringing the story to life. The story is like the saying don’t judge a book by its cover. It has everything adventure, tragedy, love, loss, suspicion, and triumph. It has many twists and turns that’ll leave you shaken maybe even crying at some points.

Very good book to listen to. This book is very easy to understand and get into. Overall excellent book to listen to.

A genuine feel good story!

Nostalgia, cars and racing, a son looking for fame after his parents have passed only to find out there was so much family history he never even knew about. This book is full of twists and turns you never see coming and it turns into a feel good novel about memories, chasing your dreams and never giving up. I absolutely loved it from beginning to end!
