For every book she writes, I keep say’in this is a new best. But I actually think this one will stay at that number one spot.
This book is just as full of love, laughter, great dialouges as Lauren is herself. Oh, and hot.

But the second one to begin with. You will not want to wait starting the second one.

Amazing Rockstar Romance

First book by this author and definitely not my last!

Guys I’m O B S E S S E D with this story and I don’t usually love rockstar romances but Savage is my ultimate rockstar boyfriend! This book is highly addictive. The steamy will have you squirming no matter where you are! Absolutely my favorite rockstar read ever!

AUDIOBOOK LOVERS: listen up, anytime you give me Jacob Morgan I’m a goner. Sacrifice my panties to this voice! He was phenomenal (as always) both voices brought this story to LIFE. Andy Arndt was absolutely amazing! These two together is fire and get this.... THE SONG IN THE BOOK WAA ACTUALLY RECORDED AND YOU HEAR IT RIGHT ON THIS AUDIO. Mind blown with this story I’m eagerly excited for the next book to come out on audio.

I love her books this one is no difference still has some of characters from her other books which play well with music world but Savage & LAYLA they are like two little kids always competing they both deserve each other!!!! can't wait till the next book. I love it Love the song too!!!!!

Rockstars & Romance just go together, or do they? I really loved this book. The characters are so feisty & fearless and the chemistry between these two is so hot people around them can feel the heat. There were moments when I just wanted to slap each one of them and say, “wtf, are you crazy?” lol But mostly I was either laughing or swooning. I love the way Lauren always blends her characters in from her other stories seamlessly. It’s like being surrounded by old friends & family. (This duet is a complete standalone and you do not need to read anything prior to enjoy completely)

The narration was fantastic. Andi & Jacob did a phenomenal job bringing these characters to life and delivering a stellar performance. The bonus song at the end of the book was wonderfully addicting, it’s still playing in my head. This is book 1 in a duet series and continues on. I’m so excited for book two. Well done everyone!!I highly recommend this book.

Just WOW WOW WOW

This is my new all time favorite. The hate lust theme is soooo freaking hot and the addition of music was chefs kiss. Good lord I can’t say enough about this!! Bravo to Lauren for an amazing book and creative license to add music and Bravo to the narrators who are my all time favorite. This will be one that I go back and listen to again and again. Can’t recommend enough. Literally tingling with joy lol

Fangirling over this enemies-to-lovers romance!

Loved this rock star romance! With just a simple glance, a spark ignites between Savage and Laila, creating an undeniable lust and attraction, but between their stubbornness, misread actions, and misunderstandings of each other along the tour… their hate and scorn turns this story into one delicious, enemies-to-lovers ride! The chemistry between the two was on fire, and the banter and sexy times were even hotter. I enjoyed everything about this book… from Savage being the player rock star who’s finally met his match to Laila’s determination to stand her ground. Their mutual denial brought the “playing hard to get” game to a whole new level. The bonus song at the end was quite the surprise, it’s now stuck in my head and I freaking LOVE IT! Jacob Morgan and Andi Arndt were the perfect narrator duo to bring these characters to life. Jacob embraced Savage’s rock star persona perfectly (swoon-worthy!), and Andi brought out the fieriness in Laila, illustrating what a combustible pair these characters are together. I look forward to seeing how falling out of hate, turns into falling into love for Savage and Laila in book two of this duet.

sadly disappointed 😞

I love Lauren Rowe. She's a one click. Multiple reads and listens to every one of her books over and over. Jacob Morgan carried this book for me. Andi fell short. The songs were great as in Fish. I applaud the brilliance in LR's artistic music ability and meshing it into the story. I can only imagine the time and studio effort it took to layer all of that together, so bravo on that note. The story was repetitive. Non stop repetitive. Shall I say repetitive one more time? Predictable. Lacked the plot line and character depth I expect and worship Ms. Rowe for. Too much of the same events repeated through out and explained to other characters. I actually struggled to finish it, but did out of respect and so much love for this author. It pains me to even write this, but I'm being true to myself in my review and took several days to ponder. I think the story was forgotten in the midst of the music genius and new ground breaking territory there. Maybe it was just me- others loved it.

Hot romance between 2 celebrities

This story is part of the River records group and thankfully is just a duet and not a trilogy with excess fluff. Still wish it had been one large book but eventually it will be bundled. Still very engaging characters and great narration. Timeline a bit off with reading materials mentioned in dialogue but a would recommend

I’m falling, falling, falling ....oh who am I kidding I fell a long time ago for Lauren’s books. I have said this before and I seem to say it again and again with her work. THIS WAS THE BEST YET!!!!!

I’m so excited for this story to continue and the anticipation that this duet series has created is amazing. Lauren you are brilliant!

Laila is just the right kind of sassy for this player Rockstar that she just can’t let go of.

Savage is a gorgeous and creatively sexy man who fights with himself over his feelings that started when he sees Laila even without speaking to her.

The mercurial sensual tension between these two is skyrocketing as they fight their attraction to one another.

I love how Lauren weaves in other past people(not just characters because they become close friends you’re going to want to be around) and how she brilliantly creates this wonderful world that seeps into your soul. Oh the feelings that are flowing through me with this dual POV story is amazing! I literally did not stop listening to this audiobook until it was done! I pulled an all nighter because I didn’t start it until my hubby went to bed!

The narration was superb and so extremely well cast with the talented Andi Arndt and Jacob Morgan, both are amazing at pulling you into the book and I adored their performance here!

And that song! WOWZA you are a song writer Lauren and you are amazing! I’m falling, falling into love with your books. Heck I fell a long time ago and will always follow you! Thank God book 2 is one day away! Until then it’s a day where I can indulge in this amazing world again ♥️. Everyone needs this book in their life!
