Applicable self help
As someone who would call themselves a connoisseur of self-help books, 'Evidence-Based Habit Building' is somewhat of a breath of fresh air in the myriad of self-help books on the market. Lots of self-help on the market is more thought-provoking which is great but can be a little bit wishy-washy when it comes actually being easily applied to everyday life. 'Evidence-Based Habit Building' separates itself from that kind of self help by having the information being emmidiaty applicable to everyday lift.
This book starts with an overview of the neurobiology of the brain that is linked to habits and how we develop good and bad habits. The book then transitions to how we can eliminate, charge and add habits. The accompanying PDFs help deliniate goals and create actional plans to get them done, the book also walks through the PDFs step by step. If you are looking for a book that can be immidietly applied to you life, 'Evidence-Based Habit Building' is a must read.
