One of my favorites

Jean Stoffer’s story is one that I truly enjoyed. As a young wife and mom with a deep interest in home design I’ve deeply enjoyed listening to and learning from her story.

Loved this

I really loved this. At times I wasn’t 100% sure what the book was- autobiography, design tips or advice/how to - but I enjoyed all of it. If you enjoy her show and style, you’ll love the book. Of note, she discusses her religion a good bit. Not an issue at all but just mentioning it in case it isn’t someone else’s cup of tea. Definitely recommend though.

Love love loved hearing Jean’s story! I knew she was an incredible designer, but this also gave us a peak into her journey and best of all, her perspective on slow design, thoughtful motherhood and steadfast faith. A thoughtful leader, business owner, designer, and mother! Loved hearing her story and hearing her tell it was like we were chatting over coffee at the Bradbury. Highly recommend!

Very uplifting and encouraging

The author does a superb job narrating her story with an authenticity and transparency that is refreshing and uplifting. She allowed me to look at my own life path and consider the eternal value in what I’ve poured my life and energies into. There is also a humility about her that is so genuine and grounded. Additionally, her advice and tips are practical and relatable. As I prepare to undertake my own major remodel project, I’m glad to have heard her this book first! I would highly recommend this book.
