It is pretty basic on Endomorph Diet. There are some really useful Flexible Dieting to Work with Your Body Type tips, I really enjoyed what an easy read this was! I appreciated the book honesty! Fantastic!
I am happy to say I have been able to follow the Endomorph Diet and I actually get it! This book is such an easy read and really simplifies the process of starting a new Strategically Use Intermittent Fasting! I really found this book helpful. I would offer only two suggestions to the authors. I also believe that this book will motivate and inspire others looking to start a successful. Really the book has been arranged well.

Well worth reading!
