Truly a delightful reading experience
The authors stated there intention in the beginning of each chapter and delivered with great detail in accomplishing their objectives.

Very good at explaining what each book in the Old Testament is about.
It gives the readers critical introductory material necessary to interpret the books. I would say this is a very good resource.

The best course ever
This is the most well researched and comprehensive courses on any subject, especially the Bible. Since I hold several higher degrees, I was overjoyed to find a course that presented several points of view, examined each and yet was faith filled. Brilliant and must listening!

The endless footnotes kill it
The sharp s's of the reader, the footnotes and study questions add a tedium that far overshadows the content. It was a terrible mistake to include that into the audio. If it was THAT important they could have offered it as a PDF with the audio book. I could only stand it for about 3 hours and cut it off. I'll find something else.
