The kingdom of Cornucopia was once the happiest in the world. It had plenty of gold, a king with the finest moustache you could possibly imagine, and butchers, bakers, and cheesemongers whose exquisite foods made a person dance with delight when they ate them. Everything was perfect - except for the misty Marshlands to the north, which, according to legend, were home to the monstrous Ickabog. Anyone sensible knew that the Ickabog was just a myth to scare children into behaving. But the funny thing about myths is that sometimes they take on a life of their own.

amazing!
our son was reluctant to start but now requests this at night especially if he is feeling anxious.
he has since gotten into Deepak. i thank Mrs. Kerr for starting his journey into meditation and mindfulness.
would recommend this to everyone w young children.

Peaceful rest time
I regularly play one selection from this recording every day at rest time in my combined K-1 grade class. While first graders believe they have graduated from Kindergarten nap time, all of the children enjoy the guided imagery of these stories. They are soothing, imaginative, and wholesome. We all benefit from 12 minutes of quiet, dreamy relaxation time.

I really love this because it’s like,3 meditations in one I’d recomend it to ages 12 and under that’s why I’m giving you 5 stars (p.s I fell asleep very early in the meditation!)

Excellent for helping me fall asleep!
I have listened a several meditation CD's for sleep and this is great. Head to toe relaxation and fun stories for kids to use their imagination.

Wonderful for my 5 year old!
I use this recording and Bedtime Relaxations for Children after my son's bedtime story to lull him to sleep. It is rare that we make it through an entire chapter before he is asleep!
