This book helped me
This book helped me to understand how I have been living my life as an empath. No longer would I have to apologize for being "too sensitive" or I "can't handle" tough situations. I knew my heart was always in the right place but I was just sensitive to my environment. There are so many helpful tools and affirmations in this book. I am so glad I found this book! April Stone speaks directly to my heart and soul!

Great One!!
I get this book for my knowledge so I am happy to get an awesome knowledge about empathy and how can we deal with empathy people. The book is one of the best interesting guide to get a solution of empathy thanks. I like listening his kind of topic. Though I know a little bit of Empath that's why I grab it because I wanted to know more of Empath.
This book explains and elaborate well.
