A novella in the Rylee Adamson series....

"My name is Rylee, and I am a Tracker."

When children go missing, and the Humans have no leads, I'm the one they call. I am their last hope in bringing home the lost ones. I salvage what they cannot.

When the dust settles, my heart feels as though it will never be pieced back together. But there are too many lives riding on my ability to function at my best.

So I push through. And I find that I still have some fight left in me.

Now I have one last task before I can rest: to find the simple ingredients of a spell. A spell that will help heal much of my wounds.

But it is not only my injuries that I have to stitch closed. My sister's wounds have broken open...and perhaps most surprising of all, so do another vampire's.

This is the second of two novellas that take place before the main Rylee Adamson series & it was a great quick introduction to the this series. I loved seeing how it all started for Rylee. I loved seeing Lark and Rylee’s first interaction and it is leaving me so excited for the main Rylee Adamson series!

The graphic audiobook was another amazing listen, I definitely recommend.

Hilarious and action packed. Amazing narrators brought this story to life. I’m definitely hooked on this serious and can’t wait for the next listen.

Great production!

I am enjoying listening to the Rylee Adamson series. I was recommended this series and started listening to the graphic audios with the first small novella and now this second novella. I have thoroughly enjoyed the story thus far. I believe the next thing to listen to is the actual book one and I'm so excited! I will be starting that right away. I wasn't sure at first about these graphic audios however, I'm really enjoying listening to them! This book is very well done.

Don’t like the sound effects

The story seemed very good but can’t get into all the sound effects and different voices with various skills of acting. Not going to listen to this one. I notice a lot of books are going this way. It’s to bad

horrible continuity for elemental series

so mad. this is a great production but don't bother if you are trying to fill the gap between windburn and rootbound from the elemental series.

Dramatized Adaptation, Not for me

I love Shannon Mayers books,but I am not a fan of the dramatized adaptation. I find all the background sounds are distracting. I don't feel like I am listening to a book. I'm sure others enjoy it, but not me.

Was ok

This was the second novella prior to the first novel in this series. This first novella 0.25 was better than this one 0.5. Thus was kind of all over the place I will start this series with the first novel as I see how it can be good. I will give it a shot.
