Such a helpful book!

Wow I did not expect to learn about myself what this book brought out. I’m realizing and facing obstacles I’ve set in my own way and it feels freeing. The workbook is a must for sure! Helps you dive deeper into the learning. This book was introduced to me with God timing for sure! Julia write from inspiration and experience and I am so thankful to be a part of her community now. I didn’t just buy a book to read. I found a whole supportive community along with it. I highly recommend this book. The only struggle I have with it is it’s hard to look deep and find hidden answers inside yourself and she asks you to do this in order to move forward… that’s not really a bad thing but definitely a hard one. But I didn’t have to do it alone. Excellent!! I’ll be recommending and gifting this book!
