Fantastic Frontier story
As a child, one of my favorite times was when my mom would read to us from a novel...he fave author was Zane Grey and my fave book of his was 30,000 On The Hoof. So, yes, I love the ‘western’ books. This story of a Frontier man, who lives in the worlds of the white man as well as the American Indians, is absolutely captivating. Calhoun is an expert tracker, marksman and survivalist. This particular tale shows his grit and determination to bring justice to the gang that murdered his friend and mentor, and kidnapped the man’s half-Indian daughter. I really enjoyed this book and look forward to reading the other books in the series. The new-to-me-narrator is excellent for this genre and keeps you engrossed in the story. Give this book a try...you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent narration for a great survival western!
I enjoyed listening to Moses Calhoun trilogy quite a lot. It’s a little slow-paced at times but still gripping and atmospheric. If you’re into Old West and survival, do check this out! I loved the narration because of Mr. Craig’s very fitting voice, energy and feel for the text. Definitely recommended!
