Engrossing

I think this is one that would be better left to read rather than listen to. The narrator does a decent job with voices, but where it's not explicitly stated who's speaking, it's easy to get lost during conversations. Also, and this may just be me, but I felt the narrator gave away the murderer(s) much sooner than would have been the case if I'd read it for myself.

But the story was GREAT and I will definitely look for more from this author!

Great book

In the typical Dot Hutchison style, this book has a total unexpected conclusion. I love her characters, and how they develop throughout the book. It’s an excellent read and the narrator did a great job! I highly recommend this book and her other works.

I liked it!

First, I want to say how much I enjoyed this book. It's a story that truly made me think. I'm hopeful that women don't have to jump through such hoops to be heard in real life.

i love when women kill and get away with it

The rapists being afraid for once? sign me up. This book made me so angry butbi still enjoyed it.

Narrator made this book come to life!

I loved this book! The Ellie character and attitude are just up my alley. lol! The ending was a total surprise.

Feminine cultures

Pillow talk, midnight pajama values, vengeance of the feminist. Feelings and emotions laced with profanity. .Defund the police = lack of investigations . Girls are on their own while exams, studying and bothersome boys are enraging Jennas grand daughter. Who will be next. Chapter 27 is good. Last chapter, everybody assumed thats how it will end and it did.

Who's the Vigilante Killer?

I really struggled getting into this book, but that could have been because I was sooo busy and just couldn't get my last great read off my mind!!. It was almost the middle of the book by the time I really started enjoying the story but the second half seemed to make up for it!

I absolutely LOVED "The Collector" series by Dot Hutchison so naturally I thought I would instantly love this book, but it definitely wasn't love at first read! But it did take some time to grow on me but it did! Dot Hutchison certainly has the ability to write phenomenal stories with superb characters!

The ending was really a surprise ending that I didn't really see coming in true Dot Hutchison fashion!

I don't know that I've heard Sarah Naughton narrate a book prior to this one, however, I wasn't disappointed in her performance! She definitely didn't turn me away from ever listening to her again!

If you're looking for a story that has a truly good mystery, then Deadly Waters should be on your TBR list!

Loved this book. Female college students...misbehaving college boys and revenge. Well performed, well written. Female empowerment throughout.

Great read

I thought the book did great at keeping the reader pulled into the storyline. Great author.
