Nikhill and Danika

This story had me intrigued from the start. All the mystery and suspense, the love and hate, the loyalty and betrayal, and of course the steamy chemistry. Told in first person POV by both the MMC and MFC. I also bought the audible for this and the narrators did a great job at bringing these people to life. Though they were a little to monotone for me at times, they still did a great job!

Danika is a bada** tigress in disguise and will do anything to bring down those who wronged her and the ones she loves. I loved that she was so strong emotionally to withstand the wrath of her uncle’s betrayal. I loved that she was a hacker and tech junkie with all her hidden compartments and talents.

Nikhill is the street rat turned dark king who will do anything to protect his little rabbit. I love that he always wants to protect Danika from the time the were kids to now, even if that meant staying out of her path and loving her from afar. I love that once their paths finally cross he will stop at nothing to prove to her he loves her and make her his.

I’m so excited to keep reading this series and see how this story pans out for these two as well as their loved ones.

Street Kings Series

Dangerous King (Street Kings, Book 1) intrigued me with its synopsis and caught my attention in the very beginning with chapter one. A romantic suspense with the right mixture of ingredients, intrigue,, romance and suspense. This first book in the series features Nikhil and Danika childhood friends who lost touch and reunited years later. Characters are compelling and given their own personality. Bringing passion, senual moments and suspense to start the series.


Chance Smolders, Simone Lewis are both new narrator's to me. Chance's inflection fit Nik's character, a bit gravelly. Simone's natural talent can be seen her portrayal of Dani. These two were great choices to narrate this book.

A enjoyable listen.

A breathtaking look at a beautiful heart with a hard edge. Dangerous King is a brokenly gritty love story. Danika and Nik leave bruises on the soul. Their story is one of secrets, pain and passion. There are no winners in their world. Only a haunting rawness that leaves deeply embedded scars. Snow has a gift for placing the most interesting characters in the most heartbreaking of circumstances.

Fast paced and a well-written dangerously sexy story that had me flipping through the pages!

Romantic Suspense

Dangerous King by Sienna Snow is a romantic suspense that I listened to on audio narrated by Chance Smolders and Simone Lewis. This is the first book in the Street Kings series.

This is the first book of Sienna's that I have read and it definitely won't be my last. I loved the relationship that bloomed between Danika and Nik. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

I can't wait for the next book in the series Vicious Prince to be released on August 19, 2021 so I can get Jayna and Kiran's story.

Chance and Simone did a great job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves romantic suspense or contemporary romance.

Great listen

I recommend this wonderful read and start of a new series from sienna snow.
Dangerous King is a steamy, fast-paced, fun romantic roller coaster ride of a great read. Sienna Snow spectacularly keeps y0u interested and wanting more. Danika and Nik are Hot, interesting, intense, and charming. This read keeps you interested from the first word to the last. a nail-biting page-turner from the first page to the very last. This is the first book and I can’t wait for any other to come.

Great Listen

Great listen but very predictable! I will not listen to rest of the series.

Hot and Suspenseful!

This is the first book in the Street Kings Series, a Romantic Suspense. Nikhil and Danika's story is suspenseful, sexy, and fast-paced, filled with secrets, and action. They are both great characters. Nik is alpha, and protective. Dani is strong, smart, and independent. They are opposites attract, but they complement each other. They share a sizzling chemistry. The supporting characters are intriguing. Chance Smolders and Simone Lewis did an amazing job with the narration. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to listen to Vicious Prince, the next book in the Series. #AudiobookObsession

Omg!

It's definitely a very steamy read. It's also full of mystery and intrigue. It has enough scandal to keep you on edge. I am so happy that I found this book and can't wait for the rest of the series!
