Very relaxing to hear!
This is a good book if you're looking to improve your outlook on life. I like the tone of the author. The book seems useful with many tips on how to be happy stay postive and have a happy thoughts. Very relaxing to hear this audiobook. I would definitely recommend this audiobook to my friends who have suffered from anxiety and lack of self-confidence.
