Empowering content, everyone should listen!
This audiobook not only lays out a great philosophy for emotional well-being, but lays out a step by step plan to put theory into action! I already feel more in control of my thoughts and feel the weight of worry and anxiety lifting off my shoulders. I recommend anyone who wants to thrive emotionally read this book!

I’ve seen changes
Not only me, but my family have seen the changes in my panic attacks. I still get them every now and then, but, they simply aren’t as frequent, which makes a big difference. If it works for me, I bet it’ll work for you as well. A great purchase on my end.

Great exercises for wellbeing
This audiobook is full of a variety of DBT exercises to improve your wellbeing and mental health. I specifically appreciated the section on intrusive thoughts, since that's a weakness of mine. The 12 week plan is also very helpful to create some structure around it. A great listen that's easy to understand and follow.

Worth every minute!
I attempted the exercises taught in this audiobook and saw a huge decrease in my emotional state. The 12-week plan will be put into action starting next week. I found this listen to be very motivating and informative when it comes to the topics of fear and stress. I already recommended this book to two of my close friends.
