A nice description of a Success Framework
Congratulations are in order to Tristan White. He is one of the fortune people that listen to and find what really motivates them. Culture is what makes organizations of any kind successful. But it doesn't come for free, you have to hire, you have to adapt and you have to practice the behaviors, habits that form sustainable culture. There are some great lessons to be learned on how to scale culture as your business grows.
