A well-seasoned lark combining the elements of Lovecraftian dread with Indiana Jones

A thoroughly entertaining story that capably melded Lovecraftian themes with the adventurous pace of an Indiana Jones-style pulp tale. Characters were well developed, the pacing was brisk and the voice actors really sunk their teeth into every role.

Great inspiration for FFGs Arkham games

Excellent performance and premise. Interesting characters and fun pulpy treatment of the Mythos. Could have done without the tobacco ads though. Just a personal turnoff.

Graphic Audio 🫡

Graphic audio always delivers a quality listen especially with the Arkham Horror lines. Hopefully they will continue such mystery/action/adventure productions be it Arkham or something brand new.

too much of an attempt to be PC

while I found the premise and writing good, I was continually distracted by the overplaying of PC themes. all the women were strong and capable, and continually pushing the "male established" boundaries, while the men were all incapable and weak. one male protagonist is even chided by one of the female leads for not being brave enough and -acting too overly cautious. why can't the protagonists all be strong with complementary abilities? as a male, its hard for me to derive enjoyment from a story were men are all weak and the white males are the evil exploiters. and if you are going to write a period piece, its a straw man argument to attack them for not having current social beliefs. less PC, and it would have been more enjoyable. I found it too distracting to even finish.
