WTF DUDE

I’m not usually one to focus on a narrator but I could not get past how poorly portrayed the male side of this book was. Just eeewwww. The fact that the three other males in the group sounded like they were shouting in the worst “bro” impersonation ever made my skin crawl. The female narrator could have done the whole book her portrayal of emotions was really well done. I persevered cuz the story wasn’t bad but maybe I’ll read the rest if the narrator is the same.

I don’t usually agree….

I usually can get past a rough narrator but I seriously didn’t finish this book. Surfer dude didn’t fit the story. A different story perhaps but it just didn’t fit here.

perfect blend of dark and romance. exciting and full of action too. surprising ending leading to the next book.

Enjoy the story.

It’s a great story. I loved how it played out. Was not expecting the cliffhanger.

I love this series!! I was so glad this is on audio. I loved it!! Great job to both narrators! Can’t wait to get the next one.

Male Narrator ruined it

I honestly couldn't even finish it. I got it because I love Meg Sylvan and the story interested me. But, the male narrator ruins it. Disappointing.

The narrators are horrible

The narrators are unbelievably bad, their voices sound like Dishonest John from the cartoons. I only finished the books because I paid for it….

Not a great fit

The male narrator was not the choice I would have went with but the female lead was a bit to reckless for me. I get pain, grief and wanting justice but she was way to over all selfish and self centered to engage filly in the book.

the male narrator was horrible. There are so many other narrator that would have done this justice.
