A great book

I really enjoyed this book from beginning to end. It was great to go from hating Trinette for how she treated her hubby to rooting for her to get her man back. The only think I would have liked to see was how Nikki's hubby dealt with the news of her stalker.

Where does Confessions rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is always a hard question to answer, as I have read so many and diverse books through Audible. But I would rank it pretty high for this type of book. I was surprisingly pleased by this purchase.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I think Trinette was one of my favorites. You could definitely understand why she behaved the way she did, even though she was in a very vicious cycle. She was trying to overcome her past abuse by using in her words "the power of the p****" She was so determined to be "In Control" that she was losing control.

What does Jennifer Kidwell and Simi Howe bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

They really individualized the characters. You knew who was speaking just by the timber and attitude they gave.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I'll admit, I definitely laughed out loud and I did mist up a bit in parts. The scene with Trinette and her mother really got to me.

Any additional comments?

This ones a KEEPER. Trust and Believe I plan to go back and read the previous books as well.

Wonderful!!

This is the second book read by Sasha Campbell. Im a fan. This was a great book. I couldnt stop reading I loved her first book Suspicions but that book was much better. She had the perfect narrators and the plot will keep you wanting more. I totally recommend!

This book was interesting from the beginning to the end.. worth the reading and listening.. I now have a new author to look forward to.

I didnt know what to expect from this author, but Im glad I gave this book a chance because I enjoyed it so much, loved the twist and turns. Great book all the way through!!
