Great book for trying to change for the better!

What I liked about this book is that it is science-based and gives complete doable steps in changing to break a terrible habit. Follow the steps and be accurate and honest to yourself, break every small white line, and be completely honest to yourself, and you will start feeling much better. This book also gives relationship advice and couples advice as well. I highly recommend it. If you know someone in this position, please recommend it to them in a friendly way. Somehow, by the way, this book is excellent, with very high expectations.

Yawn. Not helpful

Packed full of fillers. Not helpful at all for those seeking help. Reads more like a dictionary.
