this "series" is teally just one big book split up
good story, but it is annoying that the end of the "book" has no resolution, it is really just the end of a chapter in a bigger book. Clearly it is just an arbitrary stopping point in order to sell more books.

Amazing as always
Yet another great book in the CBG series. Each book better than the last. As always my only complaint is that I wish it was longer. It's so good I want more. This one will send you on a rollercoaster of emotions, and the ending is just WOW! hopefully the next and unfortunately last book comes out soon.

Overall I thought the book maintained balance between the shit hitting the fan hard and the CBGs barely making it. Gideon not making full use of his mimicry also bugging me but he did say he aint no alpha male, but I still think as a fantasy author he should be capable enough to have some strategy. Carrying a vial of blood from every super powered individual that he can should be first on the to do list. Other than my own thoughts, I truly recommend this book if you enjoy happy enough ending. #StickToYourNindoGideon #StillDon’tThinkFionaIsDead
