in the time of the greats like Asimov, Clarke and the like this would be a 3.5 but with the competition today with all the WOKE, SJW, touchy feely, men are soft women are strong agendas and the kill all the characters we like depressing unfinished endings and the just not talented but published authors, this is a shining gem that I am thoroughly enjoying

A Great Continuation!

The characters and plot of this story just keep growing and getting more involved. They certainly aren’t static I find them more and more interesting. I believe the family dynamics would be very tense. The narration was excellent and my story brain fell right into the book. I can’t wait for the next audiobook!

Amazing books

I love these books so much. They have everything I need or want in a book romance, action, and adventure. I also love how the characters are growing in the books as they go through the story

Flog the sound engineer

Great story line and really good narrator. However, the constant shift of turning up the volume to hear the conversation between characters only to have my eardrums blown out a few seconds later by the shift in narrative leaves my ears ringing, my head throbbing and a lack of desire to get the next pack. If the story wasn’t so enticing I would just move on.

The series continues to be worth following. I am looking forward to the next release.

Just absolutely wow!

A very well written story coupled with a totally amazing performance. The story itself, a beautiful mash-up of space, technology, and magic. People might throw rocks at me, but I am having way more fun listening to this series than watching the majority of the Disney Star Wars stuff. The dialogue is witty and funny without effort. The pace of the story is perfect and never drags. I love this story!

Grant…

Isn’t the greatest author on this platform, by far, however, this is still an interesting world that he has crafted. I really wish he’d refine his pacing, but book four was probably one of the best constructed so far. You receive a bit more character development in this installment, but there is still so much more that could be told of this story. Like I said before, I will finish this series, but it pales in comparison to many of this genre. But screw it, this genre is for those of the fringe.
