Jim and his wife, Pam, live in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He's the author of 14 books about disability awareness and disability employment.

Career Development Essentials, Disabled or Not
Much of the material I’ve seen about effective special needs parenting boils down to this: mentoring a son or daughter with unexpected challenges is no different than coaching someone who doesn’t have a disability. Of course, there are a whole host of additional responsibilities when disability is involved, but this audiobook gets down to the essentials, at least when it comes to career development. A good match between voice and text.
