Loved it all. I always believed she was a good person and that Diana was vindictive.

Hard to believe

Saint Camilla? While making Diana appear mean, vindictive and crazy. Yes, Di had her moments and I’ve no doubt immaturity played a big role. But to disparage Di and make C a victim was unnecessary.
Nobody is as sickly sweet or perfect as C is made to sound. Has she no faults? Was she not selfishly involved with Charles throughout , even before his marriage to Di? I have my doubts about the validity of this account.
Becomes monotonous and boring in the last 10 chapters.

So many things have been reported about Camilla and I wanted to know her, and who better to tell her story than Angela Levin.

Truthful

Was a really good read filled with excellent insights of Camilla and how she works very hard to support the monarchy.

She is extremely well liked and people need to know that!

I liked the way Camilla came off as a caring, funny, smart woman.. supporting the love of her life as he ascends to his most challenging years of service!

Great listen

I’ve admired Camilla for a very long time. It’s nice to know she is finally being recognized for all the good she has done and the positive role she plays in Royal Family. I thoroughly enjoyed this listen. I will look into Angela Levin’s other books.

Author Not Objective

Interesting story but author frequently sounds so fond of Queen that she isn’t objective about her subject.

Really good book!!!

Loved the book and the narrator. I learned a lot from it and admire her even more. She has quietly done her job and looked fabulous doing it. I didn’t know how much she admired Philip.

Excellent Book about Queen Camilla

I have read other biographies on King Charles and Queen Camilla. I learned a lot from this book. I had no idea all of the royal family was so awful to her. She is so strong. I am glad King Charles gets to rule with a consort who supports him & isn’t out for her own glory.
