A new favorite!
What a blessing this book has been! I have alternated between gobbling it up by reading multiple entries in a day and listening to particular days over and over in hopes of stretching it out so the book wouldn't end. This is a new favorite and that's saying something, because I love many of Max Lucado's books. I know I'll read this one many times. I love that the author read it himself.
Such a treasure trove of soothing comfort for each day, all packed into a succinct entry of less than 5 minutes each. Truly written by a master of his craft and one who deeply knows the Lord and is filled with empathy for all that His children go through in daily life and the anxieties we feel. He points us always back to Jesus and reminds us of His promises and the hope we have in Him. An encouraging, uplifting, hope-infused warm blanket for the soul.

In general it was good but I felt it should all have been read by Max Lacado instead of a woman's voice narrating alternately with his. The calm intended in this audio book would have been more calming with his voice only.
