The library is home from home for eleven-year-old Noah, an Agatha Christie fan who sees murder round every corner. At first Alfie dismisses this as a child's overactive imagination - but then he himself is attacked. Could young Noah be right after all?

Nathaniel Parker, born in 1962, graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and went on to join the Royal Shakespeare Company. His television career began in 1988 when he played Flying Officer 'Flash' Gordon in the LWT mini-series Piece of Cake. He is also the lead in the BBC series The Inspector Lynley Mysteries, based on the novels by Elizabeth George. Nathaniel Parker has an extensive list of audio books to his credit, ranging from the classics of Charles Dickens and Thomas Hardy to more modern writings and children's books.

I have fell in love with these books

Each character is relevant and brings something important. I love a good mystery comedy and this hits that spot on. Great books….. I am off for the next one 🙂

Easy listen

Easy to listen, good performance. Gets predictable, but good cosy mystery, Charachters are nice and you get to like them.

Applause Dear Author

Yet again, another great listen that will keep you engaged and wanting more. I found myself laughing, anxious, and reacting along with the characters. And might I mention, the narrator is everything!

Triple Love This Whole Series!!

There was one major slip up(druid recognition between episodes 7 and 8), but even that doesn't distract from this absolutely delightful series. This is everything a cozy mystery series is supposed to be!

Excellent cozy entertainment

I love the narrator. The story and characters are the equivalent of comfort food. Always enough to keep me interested and not too intense or disturbing to listen before bed.

Such an enjoyable series

I wish books 10-15 were bundled in sets of three like the first nine. I want to continue following the story so I’ll be buying extra audible credits to continue bingeing on the series.

The entro music has grown on me

I find these stories entertaining and the music has become fun. I enjoy it very much
