This is a book anyone interested in real estate investment (either you are thinking to start, beginners or pro ) needs to read!!
I will get a hard copy as well to check out the diagram & charts!!

Gaining knowledge to be applied
This was a great audio book, which gave a wealth of information. I have to listen to it a few more times to absorb all the info. I definitely recommend listening or reading this book.

Great value for anyone in real estate.
Unlike most of the books on real estate written and published by grandiose, copycat charlatans, this book has true practical value and is founded on solid real life experience.
Even after being actively involved in US residential real estate since 2004 by flipping and renting properties (prior to that in European real estate as well) and having my managing broker real estate licences in Colorado, I learned a lot from Mr. John Schaub.
Bravo - highly recommended material.

The Blueprint
I've read many real estate investing books. somehow I hadn't gotten to this one. After a very specific recommendation to read this while attending a local REI meetup, I understand why. John Schaub has been the go to blueprint for so many top investors' and bloggers. Just finished the audible, gotta really dive into the physical book and build my plan/strategy.
