Good Book

This was the first time I listen to her books. The book was Good. The ending was Good. But some of the southern narration was off. That why I have it a four stars. Will listen to more book, from her.

I want more

Secrets, broken hearts, fights, true love! I think the one thing I liked about this book is that the secret did not drag out too long. 5 brothers and 2 girls. All of this made for a great book and left me wanting more. So if you are interested in this series so far there is only one book out, that was really my only disappointment with this book. I don't usually start a series if all the books aren't out but I hadn't notice. I hope that I don't have to wait long for the second. Multiple narrators were all good.

Fantastic story can hardly wait for book 2

The narrators were fantastic and made this so lifelike. An all consuming unselfish love story

I don't understand the negative comments. This is a fasted pased, entertaining, "what!" moments kind of listen. I listened while driving, dentist office...just couldn't stop listening! I usually don't write a review , just give stars, but this book needed positives to offset those negatives. Book 2 will be preordered when available! I really liked it!

A+ Romance, southern style

This was a great story and the narration was perfect. I’m gettin’ started on the next book and can’t wait to see how things fare between the twins and a particular redhead.

4 Mason Dixon Stars

I am a fan of this author, I love her YA, NA stuff always have probably always will. That being said did I roll my eye a few times… HELL yes, did it stop me from reading the book .. HELL no.

I am not one for he said she said, or the games people play or all the immature stuff but I totally take it from this author every time and I enjoy the heck out of it. Who knows why I just love the characters and the brothers all now have a place in my heart

I want everyone to get an HEA. I am invested now. I am a sucker for a single momma raising boys, she was probably my favorite character in this book because she was totally like a southern momma is in my head.

Dixie and Asher were made for each other and it just took them longer to see it and that is ok because I think they both needed to do a little growing up to truly appreciate each other.

I quite liked the narration and how each brother had their own voice. I can’t wait for more books in this series to come out.

***Audiobook Review***

I loved this story even though I will admit I did roll my eyes a few times but it's New Adult so that is pretty normal for me. I loved the family dynamic with the Sutton's. The brothers are all different but raised with the same values. Their mother was one of my favorite characters, a widow raising 5 boys and man she had complete control, It was awesome! I also really liked how even though Dixie & Asher were the main characters, we still had the side story of her BFF and the twins. That left me wanting book two.

The narration was good but this is another one that I really thought needed more southern accents. I loved that each characters had their own voice. That really made it easy to follow.

Loved the story BUT

I didn’t care for all the flash backs. Some are fine,but this book had way too many FB. But I feel like this book is still worth keeping. I definitely feel like Abbi did a great job with this one.

Couldn’t finish it

For a bunch of boys who loved their mother, they sure treat women like crap
