Did not disappoint!!

I was hesitant after reading some reviews that mentioned that the booked hammered on racism too hard or the love triangle was annoying or that Bree was too obnoxiously naive.

I disagree on all accounts! The author walks a fine line between addressing persisting issues of being a minority and weaves it into a beautiful storyline. This IS a Young Adult book so there is bound to be drawn out love tension between the characters. I am super interested in seeing how it all resolves! Bree is annoying in the beginning, but that is how character development can occur. I encourage the reader to stick through it. it's worth it! Can't wait for the next book :)

Great Read

Can’t wait for part 3. This was just as good as the first, kept me engaged

WOW!! Must read! Book 2 on par with book 1

Without spoiling anything I could not put this title down. The storyline is fantastic and I can not tell you how many times I audibly gasped while listening. The narrator does a great job with the fluctuation in voices between characters and the actual plot of the book is just unmatched. Definitely worth the listen!!

This story has me in a chokehold

I love this book. I didn't think I could love a story more than Legendborn, but everything is more intense and now I am waiting for the next part. I laughed I cried this story is beautiful.

I love this series with my entire being. Extremely well written and well preformed. I pulled an all nighter to finish it bc I literally couldn’t stop listening

Absolutely Stunning

Deonn & Abbott-Pratt have stolen my heart and at times my breath. I rarely ever read books more than once; however, as soon as I finished Legendborn and Bloodmarked I could not wait to start them again! THIS is truly the pinnacle reading experience.

An awesome part 2 to a great cycle

The emotions you feel; the twists and turns are awesome!! I pray there is at least 2 more books to come! I could watch these as movies!

the story is amazing. the characters are interesting. i dont see the plot twists coming. i am already biting my nails for book 3.
