Twelve-year-old Samuel Collier is a lowly commoner on the streets of London. Great story

Loved it wish it was longer Great A bit hard to wrap my head around but still very great it was very good story I loved it and the characters are awesome

Great Read

My 11 year old gave it 5 starts so he definitely enjoyed the book and it was a great historical lesson to follow.

I absolutely loved this book!!! it gave a great description of what happened at James town

Pretty good

At first I did not think I would like this book. I was required to blood on the river for summer reading. The first 3 chapters I wasn’t enjoying the book but once I kept reading I loved it. It was so real and I could imagine living in that period of time while listening to the book. It felt so real and it showed how different life was in that tile vs now. I would definitely read this book again!

Love the book it is a fun way of learning history I also like that it is a kids point of view. A few scary elements but for me a perfect amount of scary.

How true the story line is compared to the real story.

I loved the story line, very happy, sad, and hurmous. I recommend for a long car rides, or just listening for fun/doing chores.
