I've been reading the blood ties series since Jr high (2008) and after graduation I no longer had time to read. I was so happy to find this here so I could get the conclusion to the first book series that I liked so much I was happy to read it!

Great Book

I love this series. I have listened to some books where the narrator is annoying. This narrator did a great job changing between accents. For those of you who liked the Twilight Series, this is kind of the "Adult" version of it.

One of the best vampire love stories ever. The action will have you on the edge of your seat...But you have got to hear/read the entire series.

What made the experience of listening to Blood Ties, Book Four the most enjoyable?

I really loved this series from Jennifer Armintrout/ the characters are funny, sexy, nerdy, needy, and with all the human frailties. I liked that you get involved with the characters and I found myself yelling at my tablet at several points in the story. It was definitely worth the wait to read this fourth installment, and hopefully, not the last.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I love the heroine, with all her faults and neediness.

No one scene stands out. I loved it all.

An absolute great and fantastic vampire series!!!

I listened to this a long time ago and loved the entire series from start to finish. So, I decided to pick it up again and relisten to it again. If you looking for a great fantasy story with vampires and soul eaters and some romance than this is a great series to pick up. Ofcourse you need to start from the beginning of the series before you move on to this exact book title . Also the narrator is awesome if you're not already aware of who Lauren Fortgang is:)!!!

Satisfying Fantasy

I have enjoyed this series of books entirely in the audio format. The narrating voice of Lauren Fortgang is excellent, and despite the mixed reviews of some, this is a good series if you enjoy vampires and paranormal fantasy. Carrie is appealing, as is Nathan, and frankly all the characters are quirky and enjoyable. The plot is interesting, the action scenes are exciting, the sexy bits are tantalizing, and throughout the entire four books there is a sense of magic and adventure that is great.

What I REALLY like about these books is that the series ENDS! This is the last book, unless there is a miracle or a massive vampire/werewolf attack. It is very satisfying.

If you have read the books and even semi-liked them, you should read this one.

Enjoyed the end of this saga very much!

It was about time that Carrie figured out how much she and Nathan loved each other. Good grief, it was a long journey, but I did enjoy the ride. The story was a tad long in spots, but overall I liked the book.
