Left me wanting more

This was somewhat of a data dump on Bill Gates, summarized by another person. It included some history, famous quotes, and other tales of Gates' successes and failures. It left me wanting to read another version with more direct input from Gates himself.

I emigrated from Poland in the 80 ties.
This book is giving me chance to continue my education about people who are building this country, who have impact on our life in America and around the world.

Short but Impactful

A great synopsis of lessons from Bill Gates. Does not drag but gets right to the point.

love it. it really informal about his life and his plans on still living the narrator was really good for this book.

Well written but short.

Insightful and informative but definitely not a full history. I enjoyed all the history of Microsoft as a business that part was very informative.

Bill Gates is a suitable exemplary for our youth

Young people, and even those of us who are no longer young, love to read about Bill Gates. I think he is an excellent exemplary for young people, but unfortunately the informations about his life are too often interpreted inappropriately. This book even mentions the word lie in relation to his success. If young people imitate such interpretations and not Bill Gates personally, it will not be good for anyone and the book should not have such a serious mistake. It would be better Bill Gates writes an autobiography himself.

Enjoyed. Very well laid out and organized. Insightful. Also had some good quotes and facts to end the book which was nice.
