Finding the right balance

This was an amazing book to listen to about prioritising yourself but in a non-selfish way. I found Better Boundaries Better Life a great way to overcome the guilt of trying to please everyone else and set those boundaries for better mental health. The chapters on family dynamics and effective communication strategies were two of my favourites. Really well written and researched.
