I thought this was a very helpful way for children and adults to deal with anxiety. This is not a book about how to pray. This is a book that helps you to calm down your mind and your child’s mind that you together might pray.

This is a gorgeous well-constructed guide with Meditations Short Stories for Kids, Children. If you're searching for something to listen every night for a long time, This guide is very well made.

Best book ever

It was so hopeful, but the idea of floating up and out of a window on a magical floating bed that flies high above the sky did not sit well with my already anxious boy. He kept saying he was scared and that he didn't want to be alone on the beach, space, etc have the stories unfolded.

A great way to introduce children to Catholic Mindfulness. When I have listen the exercise, my kids get to listen one for me! We all benefit from this book!

Wonderful time spending with your children

I have an Extremely introverted girl and she cherishes to tune in. She was able to tune in each word. She delighted in that she listens to hold my phone and tell it to me and in return, I listen to tell to her when she was too tired to tune in.
