Pleasant Surprise, #3
What a pleasant surprise. I didn’t even know a third series was coming out. I enjoy this anthropologist, sleuth, celebrity chef / mom. Along with her friends, who she is always trying to help get out of a pickle. ;) I especially enjoy the multicultural approach with mystery and good food. I hope a fourth book is in the works. I want to know how her gang of friends are doing and her parents and child. Otro mas chica!

Barbacoa, Bomba, and Betrayal is an entertaining cozy mystery with engaging characters and a well-written plot. I look forward to the next book.
