Montana, as far from the ocean as you can get. No lobster anywhere close, and my specialty is lobster risotto. Could this be any worse? I checked, Angelo was right. The building he found in Billings really was the only one that was in our budget and didn't need a ton of work.
I would just have to make due with shrimp risotto. Frozen lobster just isn't good, it definitely isn't good enough to serve at our restaurant. Frozen shrimp isn't great either, but it was a whole lot better than frozen lobster. When you're in a land-locked state in the center of the country, there's not a lot you can do about it. It's certainly not a great place for a seafood specialty, that's for sure.
But this place has proven to be a wonderful blessing for our family, so I couldn't complain too much. April, Kurt, Tanner, and Becca were all here. They're all so special, and I couldn't be happier for Angelo, Celia, Zia Emilia, and Marcello. Especially Marcello, I was so incredibly happy for him.
Who will be next to fall, that's the question. Everyone keeps telling me that it'll be me, but I think it'll be Antonio or Adrina. We'll have to see. There's definitely no prospects around here. If my guy is going to show up next, he's going to have to move here. I'm not going to move to wherever he's living now. I live in Billings, and I'm not going to be changing that status for any reason. My family needs me here, and I won't lose my dream after working so hard for it.
