Astral projection occurs when you consciously separate your soul or astral body from your physical body. Your consciousness goes with the astral body. The difference between this and an out-of body experience is that astral projection leaves the body with a conscious intent and can last as long as you want it to. When you astral travel, your body is left behind in the physical world, functioning as normally as it would otherwise. The best lessons are the ones told simply

I am not a stranger to books about spiritual practices, the mystical, and all things unexplained, but this book stood out for its simple message. Craig Beck removed the tinkly new-age frippery and stated simply that we are all connected, we are all on a journey, and some of us are farther along than others. I really connected with what he was saying, because it was not surrounded by pompous, self-aggrandizing claims of special powers or knowledge.

I found the book to be informative, helpful, and made me curious to look into his other publications.

He keeps it simple and informative. The use of simple easy to understand words was a nice change. But at the same time didn't make me feel like an idiot. I am definatly looking forward to my first astral travel.

I liked the information given, however, I disliked the subliminal, "you like this" at the end...self-serving.
Narrator has a good--smooth voice.

Straight to the point

It seems like the author shortened the information and provided us with the best data available. It goes right to the point. Although I've read and listened to many ebooks on the subject, this fantastic work gave me so many new avenues to reach the goal of making astral projection a reality.

Yes, the possibility of seeing the world through a totally different view via astral projection has me convinced that the Author is speaking from experience. Which provides more than hope, it provides me with faith in what Craig Beck says about the abundance and location of God is true.

I love the Author's voice and delivery. I enjoy listening to his audio books every night and am thankful that he has such plentiful material to enjoy!

i have read many OBE / astral books and have yet to achieve an astral experience but this audiobook certainly gave me good things to think about on the way. good techniques to try at the end plus a hypnosis session, overall very to-the-point, positive and encouraging without too much dense spirituality talk to distract from the message and the purpose. he seems to legitimately want to better you and help you achieve your personal goals, whether it is astral projection or just personal development. I give it two nonphysical thumbs up, or at least I will once i get out there.

Frustrated to be woken up!

The book is awesome. The hypnosis is relaxing. It is very frustrating to be woken up by "Audible hopes you've enjoyed this program!" It is very startling when you're in such a deep sleep. I wish there was a way to trim that out.
