If you are looking for a good book about obe then this is the one you should read

Excellent work - valid and easy to apply

I explored out of body many years ago and find this work a refreshing re-introduction into that exploration.

Years ago, I was much more inhibited by fear in general but mostly, the fear of being duped by my own ego which was heavily steeped in conditioning from dogma and fear of separation from love, or God.

I’m on day fourOf doing the practices in the book and just last night I had my first what I consider Lucid out of body experience that was caused directly by my intention and doing the exercises.

I can’t speak strongly enough how much I appreciate William Buhlmans encouragement and how his requests for help from the unseen and his simple request For “clarity now” - these strongly impacted me Because in the past I felt much more separate from the universe and afraid to ask for help because I didn’t trust I might be deceived or harmed.

Now, in reading the book I’ve had this aha moment where I realize that I’ve held myself back in so many ways not just spiritually but in relationships by that subtle sense of separation.

I am actively using the requests and the affirmations in my practice and it feels great. It’s helping me release the deeper fears of feeling separate from the universe. Even though the soul travel experiences I’ve had have been so profound, it is amazing how a lifetime of programming and dogma can habitualize the ways I have isolated myself and distrust others or the unseen world.

Again, I can’t recommend this book more and from my own experience, I can’t imagine not living with the direct experience of My multi dimensional being. Blessings on your journeys!

Excellent Techniques for Spiritual Development

This book provided validation for my own very simple out of body experiences throughout my life and then went a whole lot deeper. I enjoyed hearing of the many techniques offered to make our personal spiritual exploration more fulfilling. I highly recommend this work and am greatful for it.
