Essential listening to those struggling with anxiety

The author does a great job relating to and guiding those of us struggling with the different, but overlapping types of anxiety described.

Every time I re-listen (at least five times so far), I find some new tip or relatable useful detail that helps me deal with this lifelong problem.

Here's hoping that this book will also help you heal and grow as much as it helped me!

Life changing! Amazing book

I am so thankful I have this book in my life. Next to my Bible this is a huge blessing and help. It has really helped me manage my anxiety.

Bad experience

There is many mistakes in the audio book. For example, the narrator skips to another chapter and does not finish it.
