This is a great book, i've yet to finish it but when i read the book i felt very hopeful and confident that I can push through my anxiety. it features a gentle and uplifting approach that is a very fast and it understands what you are going through as the author admits to having a nervous personality as well. she points out a lot of ways that you can shift your negative thinking into positive ones.

This is a short, simple and powerful book on anxiety. I sometimes feel that I am anxious and I want to find a remedy for that. But I didn't know that there are so many types of anxieties and the type of anxiety I face is just one of them. The book has not only given the different types of anxieties people suffer from but also very well explained what causes this anxiety and what one can do to beat anxiousness. I definitely like the some of the remedies given in the book such as doing yoga, meditation and managing my thoughts.

This audio book is great help to my brother. He has the tendency of activating anxiety especially when facing a lot of people. Not a good one most especially when applying for a job. I am so grateful to have this now and surely share this! Kudos!

Lots of helpful advice on how to rid oneself of worry and anxiety. Lots of good tips on techniques to use to calm oneself down. Pleased I went ahead and checked this one out . Learned a few new things I hadn't previously considered.

Absolutely wonderful! Helped me completely understand what I was going through when I first started having panic attacks. Really gave me some insight on how to handle the physical aspect of anxiety/panic. This book have me hope
