A good long book

A lot of detail from principal caricatures point of view making the story long,but still enjoyable. A good amount of political undertones

Absolutely amazing!

This series is such a joy to listen to. I listen to audio books while driving. While listening to this series I would actually look forward to traffic because you never want to stop listening. The story and characters are so well thought out. It all comes together in a beautiful manner. I am a huge fan of this author and have listened to everything he has written.

Emotional and captivating!

Having such a consistently wonderful narrator, a well thought out plot and interesting characters, I REALLY enjoyed this book. I can't wait for the next!

Perfect

Michael J. Sullivan takes us on another adventure, both fantastic and relate-able, hopeful and heartbreaking. Tim Gerard Reynolds as always, delivers a voice performance that allows perfect immersion in the story.

good but...

author should research things before writing. gold and silver make electrum not black gold. or the wheel came before the pottery wheel did not the other way around. otherwise good books.

Michael J. Sullivan and Tim Gerard Reynolds are masters of their crafts. Absolutely incredible. I promise this is a rarity - I laughed and cried in joy and sorrow, often a powerful intermingling of both. But then, every audio book these two have done together has been a delight.

Porbably the best in the series!

while it is my favorite out of the series... it is also the saddest. I couldnt put it down for a second.
