Insightful guide for women in relationships

I really resonated with a lot of the advice and insights from this book and loved the guided meditations throughout. A lot of O'Brien's wisdom I intuitively already knew yet I had never heard anyone articulate before so it was very refreshing. I love hearing personal relationship stories and the personal stories weaved throughout the chapters made this so interesting and very different than a typical self-help guide. Listening to this book gave me a new perspective on how we all use both masculine and feminine energy in our relationships and how I can bring out the best in my marriage by honoring these different energies and consciously working with them.

Not what I was looking for

I’m sure this book is good for some people but is more focused on meditation and exercises geared toward finding love. I wanted something that’s more about balancing feminine and masculine energy in existing relationships.
