Learning to get rid of your fear and shame

If you are looking for a book to help you dig out of your funk, this would be a good book to look to. The book reviews the concept of surrendering one's power to external influences and explores the feelings of self-judgment and shame that can come with such experiences. The book has several methods that it introduces to the readers and many of these methods can be very effective. I have tried some already and am working diligently on to figure out how to fold them in to my healing experiences. I found the vibration-boosting affirmations to be very interesting and something I had not heard about. It suggests that aligning with the law of attraction and utilizing feminine energy can help manifest a dream life.

To make sure this book can be the most effective for you, you must be open to new experiences, trying new methods and possibly discovering things you may not like but you are willing to work through them.

Great book

Totally a great book I’m ready to take on the world setting things through a new lenses

Empowering and uplifiting

Very empowering! It is about time women reclaim their place in society as men’s equals and not inferior by any means. This book brings several aspects in which women can explore their power.

I believe this book will be very interesting to women that are looking to get more involved with the feminist cause. The writing is uplifting and got me eager to explore my feminism more than I currently do. I identified myself with all the feminine troubles and concerns the author mentions in the beginning, which kept me interested and listening until the end.

I did find the narrator had too much of a whispering voice at times but nothing that compromises the listening. I definitely recommend it and will share it with all my girlfriends.

Empowering Energy Exercises

Great tips on how to awaken your Goddess energy. I thought the exercises and meditations in this audiobook were very helpful in my journey to awaken my feminine energy. Looking forward to practicing more of these as time goes on.

Dont listen to the troll reviews. please. Trigger Warning: Being that i have been abused from the time i was a child till an adult, i seriously understood where the author is coming from in the very beginningof the book.. If you havnt been abused, fabulous. To all the nasty reviews, yall didnt even finnish the book. Change your presective on things. Rate her book after you read the whole thing. Seriously. In my personal experience, being beaten, raped, mentally, and spiritually tortured, this book is absolutely fantastic!!! I absolutely love this author. Her love for us truly shows! I have read multiple books from her and truly each book is a gem! Not a single book she's written has let me down. If I could rate higher that 5 stars I absolutely would. Highly recommend this book and this author!.
