Loved the story but not the readers
I kind of cringed listening to this. The story is still good but the male performer did NOT go with the characters. Otherwise this is on par with her other books.

Much needed POV
Glad we got his perspective but the actors made it hard to finish the book. I guess once you have Jakobi and Wesliegh it's hard to hear other actors without making a comparison.

This was pleasant and good Listen
I was hesitant to read because Book 3 was a little bit of everywhere but this book was concise and stayed to the point. I loved to see the maturity of all 3 main characters even Mel because she had to learn to trust the man she was loving no matter his age and both communicate like adults. I look forward to an update from their family! I’m really starting to like Leon as a narrator and Mari’s voice is growing on. Either way the story came across and I enjoyed it!

Great Character Development
They steamy love series of each of the Bennett brothers never disappoint. The author weaves a beautiful tale of fate and a slow-burning affair. Real life storylines that are entertaining and relatable to the African American community. Unique family experiences where love always surpercedes all.

It was okay...
I really went through things with this one. I considered was it the story that was off? I think the story was good. Maybe a little rushed but needed to know the other part of the family as Benji would only know so much and Sabatian only has THE MOMENT. I honestly wish they did more flashbacks to get why Travian was the way he was.
Now I am so so on the narration. I am familiar with Mari as she narrated and did a great job with the Strickland Sister series (Check out Alexandria House books if you need to hear for yourself) Leon I am new to. While no one can replace Jakobi, since Travian is the cousin I think a voice change was okay just not sure if this one is it. I want to listen to move books with his voice and circle back.
